Cyber Cell Account Freezes are killing MSMEs and Micro Companies

Cyber Cell Account Freezes are killing MSMEs and Micro Companies

In recent times, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and micro companies in India have been grappling with an unexpected and severe challenge: the freezing of their business accounts by the Cyber Cell. This phenomenon has caused widespread disruption, affecting the livelihoods of countless small vendors and companies.

A visit to any bank today will reveal the gravity of the situation. Small business owners and vendors are seen struggling to get their accounts operational, only to find their funds blocked. This predicament arises from the Cyber Cell's decision to freeze accounts based on complaints, often without prior investigation or providing an option for response.

Speaking to several banks such as State Bank of India (SBI), HDFC, and ICICI, it was revealed that they receive 10-13 complaints daily regarding account freezes. Banks are often left in the dark, unable to share details with the affected companies as the freezing decisions are made by the Cyber Cell, sometimes from remote corners of the country. This lack of communication only adds to the frustration and helplessness experienced by these businesses.

For instance, a street food vendor who has been in business and holding the same account for ten years found his account frozen without any clear reason. Repeated attempts to contact the Cyber Cell yielded no results, leaving him stranded. Similarly, another case involved a travel agent whose account was frozen following a customer complaint regarding their stay at a hotel.

Through discussions with other business owners, it became apparent that the Cyber Cell does not differentiate between disputes arising from customer complaints and those involving payment fraud. The result is a blanket approach where accounts are frozen indiscriminately. This raises critical questions about the relevance of the Consumer Forum and the role of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) in such matters.

The right to put a hold on accounts without prior investigation is perceived as a violation of fundamental business rights. It undermines the principles of fair banking and business operations. Many have termed this as "Cyber Cell terrorism," reflecting the fear and uncertainty gripping the business community.

Legal professionals have also noted a surge in cases related to account freezes, indicating a growing concern among businesses. The need for a transparent and fair process is more urgent than ever. It is essential for the authorities to address these grievances, ensure proper investigation before account freezes, and provide a clear communication channel for affected businesses.

In conclusion, while the intention behind Cyber Cell's actions may be to curb fraudulent activities, the current approach is causing undue harm to legitimate businesses. A balanced and fair process must be established to protect the interests of both consumers and businesses, ensuring a thriving and secure economic environment.

Why Akshay Kumar's Films are Flopping?

In recent times, Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar has faced a rough patch, with several of his films underperforming at the box office. Fans and critics alike have been quick to point fingers, often attributing these flops to a perceived decline in his acting prowess. However, a closer look reveals a different story: it's not Akshay Kumar's acting that's the problem—it's the direction.

The Real Story Behind the Flops

Take the example of "Bade Miyan Chote Miyan". The film, featuring Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff, had a lot going for it. The plot was interesting, the cast was stellar, and the action sequences were high-octane. But despite all these ingredients, the film failed to impress the audience. The reason? Poor direction.

Good Story, Bad Direction

"Bade Miyan Chote Miyan" had the potential to be a blockbuster. The story was engaging, filled with action and humor. But the direction fell short. The film lacked coherence, the pace was inconsistent, and the overall execution was subpar. This pattern is not unique to just one film; several other projects starring Akshay have suffered the same fate. For instance, films like "Raksha Bandhan" and "Samrat Prithviraj" also had promising premises but were let down by poor direction.

Akshay Kumar's Acting: Still Top-Notch

It's important to note that Akshay Kumar's acting skills remain sharp. He continues to deliver powerful performances, showing versatility across different genres. His comic timing, action sequences, and emotional depth are as compelling as ever. The problem lies in how these performances are framed and brought to life on screen.

The Role of the Director

A film's success heavily relies on the director's vision and execution. Even the best actors can only do so much if the direction is lacking. Directors are responsible for bringing out the best in their cast, ensuring the story flows smoothly, and maintaining audience engagement. When these elements falter, it results in a disjointed film, regardless of the actors' performances.

Moving Forward

For Akshay Kumar, the key to breaking this streak of flops lies not in changing his acting style but in collaborating with directors who can truly capture his talent on screen. By focusing on projects with strong direction, he can regain his place at the top of the box office. Likewise, the industry should recognize the importance of pairing talented actors with capable directors to create films that resonate with audiences.

This season Mangoes will ripe ………….?

The summers have arrived and will soon enter the peak months of May and June and so along with it come the Scorching Sun, Heat Waves and Sweat. Along with every season and hardships comes some pleasantries and with summers come Mangoes.  It is one of the special fruit which most Indian awaits eagerly and celebrates its taste. It has been stated by many immanent people in the past that India is country of Mango people. Now I do not know if they were referring to this or whatever? But I did try to find the similarities here -   Benefits & Features
  • The mango is the national fruit of India and so are the Mango people or the citizen of India who are born, brought-up and nurtured here.
  • Mango is called the king of fruits in India at least and Well the Mango People are do made to feel like Kings all the time to make sure everything is chalta hai from not performing their duties to tolerating the corruption (they keep believing that there can be no rules as everyone is king, so no one should take their duties seriously and in the return should not expect any good from the governance. The corruption is part of life and rest everything chalta hai.)
  • Mango leaves are used to decorate archways and doors in Indian houses during weddings and celebrations. Similarly Mango people are to be like decorative of the Indian democracy and are used in the festivals called elections. They are hired or bought as decorative with Money or Power or Threat every elections for votes.
  • From adding it to drinks or salads, chutneys and pickles, and even making curries out of it, raw mango is used as a versatile cooking ingredient while the Mango people are perfect ingredients for the recipe for Religion Riots, Caste system and even divided made based on Region and Language
  • While we delight in a mango smoothie or a mango ice-cream, just by adding a dash of mango to our cakes and crumbles we can bring novelty to our dessert experience. Mango people are enjoyed as enriching entities in corrupt practices from selling of Natural resources to providing the processed products from the very same Natural Resources.
Now supposedly the year 2013 and 2014 is also the year of election in India. It is scheduled for nine legislative assemblies in 2013 with the onset the tone for summers will be set with Assembly election in Karnataka in May, followed by Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Jammu & Kashmir, Madhya Pradesh, Mizoram and Rajasthan. While the Mega dance of Indian Democratic General Election is schedule for the next year 2014 summers. While I am not sure how eagerly People of India are waiting the elections as compared to the Mangoes?   How the Season will be?
  • There are expectations for a better mango season than those seen over the previous two or three years in India. Traders are saying there is a bigger influx of fruit this year and that quality is also better than previously and so is for Mango people with having same party government for last 2 terms the change seems to be in the wind.  The bigger influx of dirty secrets of the political parties in the public .The pundits are expecting more diversely fought elections with many regional party gaining more clout at the centre.
  • For mango lovers of the country it will be a Mango delight this winter in plenty as more than 90 per cent of Mango orchards have already fructified.  With more than half of the country going to elections the Mango people are bound to be served more than to plenty followed with for General Elections next year.
  • Many of the trees are so very much covered with the blossoms that green leaves and branches of the trees are not even visible. The Mango people have been so overloaded with corruptions and cowardliness since right from getting born, getting the proof for their birth to getting their pension that being Human and Indian are not even visible.
  • Farmers in the mango bowl are keeping their fingers crossed following the sudden change in weather conditions that might lead to large-scale damage to the ongoing flowering and to baby mangoes on the trees. Sudden change in the conscious of Mango people may lead to changes to upcoming State Assembly and General Elections. In the uncertainties no one is sure how the Mango people will behave and which Political Party will have more successfully harvest.
  • The summer heat has cast its shadow on mango cultivation in the states, bringing hardships to those who depend on this seasonal crop for a living. With so much widespread corruption and miss-management surfacing in all aspect of governance compounded with slow economic growth year after year has started casting it spell on Mango People. Also widespread campaigns to bring Mango People out of Hibernation  from Honest and hard Working fellow Mango people is creating hardships for the Political Parties.
  • Mango crop at mercy of weather gods. The coming of Mango People ahead to form party to give alternative to people may not save the Mango People but will defiantly play spoil sports in many parts of the country. The Mango corps may be at the mercy of Weather. The Mango People are at their own mercy and no can help them but them themselves.
This season the Mango will defiantly ripe weather the harvest is good or Bad but........WILL THE MANGO PEOPLE RIPE………..?

Can we Fight the Animals.........???

I had gone to local Vegetable market and was walking back to my home which is in one of the area in South Delhi. I had covered some distance and was mid way to my home when suddenly i heard a Scream of a small Kid. At first i did not realize and then suddenly there was continuous scream and then i realized that some kid is in trouble. I started looking and on the other side of the Road i saw 2 kids one was surrounded by 4 - 5 street Dogs, approaching him dangerously. I was startled and was looking to go near the kids to save the kids from being bitten by the Dogs. I knew it would take me some time to reach the kids and i would have to be very quick to save them. Suddenly i heard few voices shouting and shoving the dogs, it was 3 - 4 ladies who had also heard the scream passing by and were on the same side. They had come back hearing the scream to help the kids. To my relief they had chased the dogs away and the kids were safe and had entered there colony gates. Those ladies did not seem to be very educated or financially from very good families as i could make out from their dresses and appearance. They looked like to be maids or odd job workers from the neighborhood. I was filled with appreciation and respect for them.

Ironically i had witnessed a very different incident before reaching the vegetable market. I had just reached my colony's gate and crossing the gate when i suddenly realized that a vehicle (Inova) was approaching with lot of speed. Before i could understand anything it came to screeching halt in front of an auto few paces away from the gate and me. Stunned and astonished as to why the person was driving so fast on the crowded service road near the colony. It had almost hit the auto which was loaded with passenger and the mishap could have led to many causalities. In between before i could collect all my thoughts the driver of the Innova Car had got out abusing and to everyone's amazement slapped and kicked the auto driver. I was anguished and angered. I approached towards the Car driver so did the Security guards from my colony but by the time the Car driver had come back to his car and seeded away. Even the auto driver and the passengers inside could not react properly.

I was disturbed because of the incident in the evening and it was going through my mind again and again and deep in my heart i wanted to slap that Car driver. When i encountered the other incident was automatically driven in the thoughts of how easy it is to fight the animal? The animals on the street bit easy but the animal inside the Human mind and heart? I don't know. Are people strong enough to fight with human animal? If we all had the courage then no "Nirbhay" would have suffered. The Five year old Kid would have been found before the Torture she went through. It is not that Human Animals don't win or can be tamed all through but even they would have know fear. They would have known there are People who can fight them. Many battles would had been won and many would not have suffered as they have just because of our cowardliness.

Finally the Cricket World cup has come back again, or was it .......?

Though i am ecstatic and had been feeling too much proud, being an ardent fan of cricket and India, but this question has been coming and going in my mind that had the Finals been Fixed? Has Sri Lanka given up the match too easily? Well I would like to believe that the matches were clean. I know India dose deserve to win, it would be highly unfair to count only their flaws and not acknowledge their ability and effort they have put in to achieve this feat, but somehow things were not as transparent for me as it should have bee and I am being hunted by this question again and again???

Too much of social media, is the personal realtionships up for Sales?

With so many social sites up, is it not that we are moving away from the personal relationships, is it not that the time we are spending trying to be updated on social sites could have been used to share moments on phone or personal meeting. How different it is to hear the voice and meet in person than typing electronic words? Sudheer mentioned that Social Networking is already at sales, but is that they are selling or is it an illusion to the personal relations being on sale??
